We are happy to refund your ticket up to 24 hours before a concert starts.
If you would like to buy a ticket for a different concert you will need to start a fresh order and we will refund you for the previous one.
Please send us an email and the refund will be processed by Concerts in the West OR by Bridport Tourist Information Office for concerts taking place in the Bridport Arts Centre.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
